Construction Management Company Barr & Barr opened a Southeast office in Tampa, Florida, where it will operate and oversee con- struction projects in the city and its surround- ing area. Recent projects include the Munroe Regional Medical Center, and the Engineering 1 Building project at the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
