This will reportedly expose the equipment to more than 157 million targeted buyers around the world. Ennis-Flint, a manufacturer of pavement markings and traffic safety solutions, was sold by its parent company Brazos Private Equity Partners, LLC to an affiliate of Olympus Part- ners. With headquarters in Thomasville, North Carolina, the manufacturer has 20 facilities located across five continents. TaskEasy.com, which connects homeowners, renters and property managers with land- scape maintenance contractors in their area, announced that they have received $12 million in financing in a deal led by Delta Electronics Capital with participation from other investors including Moderne Ventures. Aerial access equipment manufacturer JLG Indus- tries Inc. has opened an 11,200 square foot service cen- ter in Hagerstown, Maryland, to help better assist its Northeast customer base.
